We coordinate transportation from mother stations to daughter stations, supporting reliable gas distribution and an efficient replenishment cycle.

High-Pressure Filling at the Mother Station
The process begins at the Mother Station, which is connected to the main natural gas pipeline. Compressors raise the gas pressure before CNG is loaded into high-pressure mobile cylinder cascades mounted securely on trucks or trailers.
Secure Road Transit — The Virtual Pipeline
Once filled, the mobile cascade acts as a virtual pipeline on wheels. Specialized transport vehicles carry the compressed gas to commercial hubs, industrial zones and distribution points without direct pipeline access.
Connection at the Daughter Station
At the Daughter Station, the mobile cascade is connected to the designated gas receiving manifold. Depending on the station configuration, gas is transferred to stationary storage or supplied to the dispensing system.
Efficient Vehicle Dispensing
CNG is dispensed to vehicles through the station's dispensing system. Where required, a booster compressor helps maintain the pressure needed for refuelling as the pressure in the mobile cascade decreases.
The Empty-Return and Replenishment Cycle
When the cascade reaches its operational return threshold, it is disconnected according to station procedures. A fresh cascade can be brought in while the returning unit travels back to the Mother Station for refilling, helping maintain continuity of supply.
